How to use the Smith Machine?

 

I must say that the only time I use the Smith machine in the gym when I am doing chest decline. One because its a lot of weight because I am so jacked. Never do legs on this shit. That's the pussy way out of it. All of the older men and women are the ones that should be using the Smith Machine. Not so much weight for the pansies. So bro tip when lifting. Almost never use the Smith Machine if you between the ages of 16- 45. 

Tyler Seguin Update

When is this kid not ever on his game. Again today 2 goals and 2 assists. In the 6-4 win over Winnipeg today. I will always keep posting about this because I hop that one day I can meet that gorgeous looking Candice Seguin. Smoking. And also that Bruins will finally face the fact that they made a mistake by trading him and they think Loui and Reilly Smith are the answer. And the answer is no. Tyler Seguin for Mayor. Good day.

He was drafted today in the Rule 5 Draft today by the Texas Rangers. Which means if he wants to ever play baseball, he will be with the coke head Ron Washington. I feel like Wilson can hit absolute bombs. Him and Fielder on the left side of the infield. My oh my. Russell Wilson will probably never play for the Rangers. Just because he will make more money playing football. The only way he will play for the Rangers if he gets hurt by any means and loses everything.  He's a starter and a baller. And what a waste of pick on by the Texas Rangers.

No More Collisons At Home Plate

 

Well here we go again. Little League Baseball. Railroading the catcher is now banned in the MLB. I think this is a soft thing to ban just because it is something that doesn't happen as often as people think. One of the most exciting things to watch in a baseball is a no hitter, a walk off Homerun, and somebody railroading the catcher. Now that this gone I think I will just wait to watch baseball in August when the Little League World Series comes around. Newsflash Japan wins almost every year. But yeah that is Mike Napoli getting rocked by Sean Rodriguez. See this is why I want it still. This little pip squeak ran over the lumberjack Napoli. This play separates the men from the girls. Girls slide and now that is what the MLB is making them. Next the MLB will be banning from seeds being spit onto the field because somebody might roll an ankle while running.

Iginla Had A Good Homecoming

Well it looks like Iginla is the Tyler Seguin of Calgary. Well the gayest city in Canada at least still has some faith left. I just can't tell if this chick is hot or not. The sign is in a bad spot. But I called it last night that Iggy would have a great homecoming. He recorded an assist, and the Bruins were able to win 2-1. Yeah the game was an absolute snoozer till 6 minutes left in the third. But hey that's Calgary for ya. And I bet Iggy slayed back in 95, now he is just a bald old man.

Well it looks like the RedSox are not getting Mark Trumbo anytime soon. The man that I wanted to get in the first place over Napoli is now headed to Arizona. Trumbo was part of a three team with the White Sox and Angels and D-Backs. I take back my comments about Cano, I think that Mark Trumbo has the smoothest swing in the MLB. Dude can drop absolute bombs too. Which is why he would have been a great pick up for the Sox with the monster in left. The Trumbomb will success in Arizona but the D-Back blow so there's that too. Iginla Makes His Return To Calgary

Jarome Iginla will finally make an appearance back in Calgary tonight with the Boston Bruins for the first time since last year. He spent all of his career there till last year when he got traded to the Boston Bruins, or so we thought, then became a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Thanks to Sidney Crosby. Anyways he's back with the Bruins now and is looking to a great homecoming in Calgary. Juts goes to show how shitty Calgary was when he was the captain there and then leaves and will probably never a letter on a shirt again. Bout time he left the gayest city in Canada. Anyways I bet he puts two points tonight, one goal, one assist. Calgary is horrible so I say the Bruins win in a land slide 6-1 just cause Tuukka's in net.

Halladay Retires After 16 Seasons

The Doc calls it a career today, he retired a Blue Jay. The right hander played 16 seasons in the MLB spent most of his time with the Toronto Blue Jays, but ended his career with the Philadelphia Phillies. Just saying that I am pretty mad now because guess who was my favorite pitcher to pitch with in MLB The Show. Yup you guessed it Roy Halladay. He shit was filthy. The two time Cy Young winner had a great career. He finished with a 3.68 lifetime ERA which is pretty damn good in my eyes. He was an absolute work horse in 2003 when he pitched 266 innings that year. God damn. I will miss this dude. 

Bro Knowledge- Leg Day

 

How to skip leg day I think is on everybody's mind here. This juice head will show you how to do this with just a few simple steps. My favorite one in this video could possibly be, "Yo it's the vernal equinox outside, there's no way I can do leg day now". Just because I idolize this man doesn't mean that I am like this guy at the gym. Oh wait I sort of am. I think I have completely cancelled leg day out of the gym workout. Who needs legs day when you do friggen wind sprints on the ice. Yeah the legs feed the wolves but I think when the wolves isn't hungry then your just left with leg day and nobody wants to do that. I'll take skiing and hockey any day of the week over squats and lunges 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. I am in my prime athletic ability right now. If you say I have scrawny legs then I will just beat you at any sport. Name it, I've done it, most likely. No need for legs days at the gym. Good day. 

MVP Prediction

I am going to go out on a limb and saying that my NHL MVP will be the captain of the Anaheim Ducks, Ryan Getzlaf. With 16 Goals and 20 Assists early in the season, I think the Ducks are going to great this season. Playing alongside Corey Perry and Dustin Penner, pass shot score is all that line does. The big 6'4" centermen, has a major hair loss problem but man can put the puck in the net. Standing in 3rd place in  points behind Crosby and Malkin, who are the two best players in the league/world. But I am very confident that Getzlaf if he stays healthy will be a contender for MVP. The Ducks will also be coming out of the West this year, Bruce Boudreau does not frig around with this crew and they will contenders as well. Good day.

Gronkowski's Season Is Over

Well here is the tackle that Rob Gronkowski probably suffered a torn ACL or some nasty shit. This hit was pretty gruesome to watch. I feel like being hit low is way worse than being hit high. I mean I would rather be hit high just so I can see it coming. The fact that this is a legal hit is sickening because the legs are so prone to injury rather than seeing someone come high on you at least you are able to adjust to prepare for it. Gronk had no shot. That's like a broken tibia waiting to happen.

Me I am a man of good hard hitting. This I felt was cheap because I know Gronk is hard to take down but having to just dive at his legs and trip em up is not a legit way to tackle. This is isn't friggen soccer where we slide tackle everybody. What ever happened to hard head on knock the over person over hitting? It just doesn't exist anymore. I am no expert in football but that was cheap. Good day.

I'll tell ya as if my Tyler Seguin boner wasn't big enough already. He scored another Hat trick today against the Philly Flyers. I was pissed when he left and still am pissed because he is going to continue to put up these numbers throughout his career. Loui looks great let me tell you. Friggen 91 is lighting it up and putting the puck in the net, which is something the grinder Boston Bruins need. Hmm am I  missing something here? Yeah bad trade all around for the Bruins. Seguin has out played Reilly Smith and Loui Erikkson combined so what does that tell you? People say that he's only getting these points cause he has Jamie Benn feeding him sauces. No, we have two great centermen on our team and they go by the names of David Krejci and Patrice Bergeron. If you would have kept Seguin and then still signed Iginla, we would be sitting pretty right now, not shooting ourselves in the foot because Seguin is great. Taylor Hall has been great in Edmonton, Seguin was great here. We won a cup and then came close to another, why is that so bad. There are 28 other teams in the league that could have been there and were bitching about how much he parties. Who gives a shit! He puts the puck in the net, keep him. Brian is angry. Good day. 

Mike Napoli Back With The Sox

Finally the beard has come back to Boston. Can you smell what the Nap is cooking? I don't give a shit if Napoli broke the all time strikeout record we would have not won the World Series without him. He K's and drops some bombs. Him and Papi are the next best thing since Papi and Manny. Both of them are clowns but that's just what the sox need this year. I wonder if Napoli and AJ are going to be good friends. But at least now Salty is gone, so we have options. I love the fact that we bring him back on a 2 year deal, he wasn't to expensive which was right up our ally. But hell at least he didn't sign with the Yankees.



Robinson Cano To The Mariners

 



Robinson Cano shocks the world. Taking a deal with the Seattle Mariner for 10 years worth $240 million. This deal makes the Yankees signing of Jacoby Ellsbury completely useless. Cano has one the smoothest swings in the MLB. His stats say it all, he is a friggen All Star. I am not going to put the stats up on here because if you have watched baseball before then you would know how good he is. This signing will maybe bring some fans into Safeco Field at least. The Mariners are ok at best but Cano will make them a hell of a lot better than usual. Seeing this I am happy that Jacoby signed with the Yankees just because Jacoby is not even close to as good as Cano. Now they will have to have Eduardo Nunez play 2B and that is a downgrade for the books let me tell you. I love winter for baseball and I can't wait to see who has the next big signing. The Redsox need Napoli back. No question.

 



 

Max Pacioretty Gets Revenge On The B's

 

This hit on Johnny Boychuck from Max Pacioretty just sounds like redemption. Two years after Chara absolutely demolished Max and cost him a season, the first time they meet this year Boychuck is taken off in a stretcher. From first looks this doesn't even look like a penalty because it wasn't directly a hit from behind. But seeing him be hurt like that is just devastating. Anybody who injures someone I think should be penalized. I am glad to see that Boychuck had movement in his extremities after the he was taken to the hospital. The Bruins ended up losing this game 2-1 to the Habs and a stellar performance by Carey Price just would not budge in net stopping everything that was thrown at him.

Sox Make Another Splash In Free Agency

 

The Redsox have signed Edward Mujica to a two year deal today. To be honest I know the game of baseball very well and I had never heard this guy ever. But I looked up his stuff on baseball references and he sort of caught my eye. He was an All Star in 2013, he appeared in 65 games for the Cards last season and recorded 37 saves with an ERA of  2.78. I mean that's not to shabby for our bullpen. Let's see who we used to have. Daniel Bard, Joel Hanrahan, Andrew Bailey, Alfredo Aceves. Yeah I think he will be a good fit for us. Our bullpen is strong and this guy seems like he will a good fit for us here in Boston.

Ducks, Kings Unveil Their Stadium Series Jerseys

Okay so I know that the Ducks have been taking a lot of crap on how ugly their jerseys are, but I am all for these bad boys. Talk about the all time best Winter Classic jerseys I think. The Bruins had a mustard yellow, which was ugly, Flyers never even changed their jerseys till the 2013 Winter Classic. Buffalo, ugly. Penguins, terrible. Really there have been no wicked cool looking jerseys so why are throwing the Ducks under the bus. I think they look fuego. The Kings ones are fire too. This is going to be the best showdown this winter in Dodgers Stadium. These are two of the many powerhouse teams in the Western Conference and this game will be crazy as hell.

 

So my opinion, I love the sweaters. They are pretty sharp looking and no need to even change the logo, which I love.

Big Day In Baseball

 

The Seattle Mariner can be the front runners now to land slugger Robinson Cano. Yeah I mean he is good but I feel like he is no that good as people say he is. He does play at Yankee Stadium, which in my mind is a god damn Little League field. That right field porch is like 315 feet. That's a normal pop fly in other ball park. But the Yanks landed Jacoby Ellsbury last night. Justin Morneau went to the Rockies. Salty to Miami which is fine by me. Heath Bell coming to the AL East with the Rays. Sad to see Dexter Fowler go to Houston, he will most likely be the highest paid player on that team. Konerko is back with the White Sox. This is why I love the winter when it comes to Baseball. There are so many players going anywhere they want to. The Hot Stove is heating up real quick.

Best Christmas Carol ever, even though there old ass songs I still love the fact that this man can take an ordinary Christmas carol and shit on the Browns. This season has been the biggest shit show since the big Vince McMahan left the WWE. I mean come on the Cleveland Browns have been in a slump over like 10 years now right?
