Just because I idolize this man doesn't mean that I am like this guy at the gym. Oh wait I sort of am. I think I have completely cancelled leg day out of the gym workout. Who needs legs day when you do friggen wind sprints on the ice. Yeah the legs feed the wolves but I think when the wolves isn't hungry then your just left with leg day and nobody wants to do that. I'll take skiing and hockey any day of the week over squats and lunges 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. I am in my prime athletic ability right now. If you say I have scrawny legs then I will just beat you at any sport. Name it, I've done it, most likely. No need for legs days at the gym. Good day.
